All orders accepted by the company are subject to the following conditions which shall prevail over all conditions specified by the buyer to the extent that the latter conflict or are inconsistent with them.
A deposit (33%) is payable before any order is accepted. The balance is payable before delivery.
The date shown as the “due date” overleaf is an approximate delivery date. Every effort will be made to ensure that this date is accurate. However we cannot be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Creations have arranged for the goods to be delivered by an independent carrier. A delivery charge (shown overleaf) is payable to this carrier upon delivery of the goods.
The company promises that the goods wil be of satisfactory quality, wil comply with their description.
Any complaint in respect of this warranty should be notified to the store manager at which the goods were purchased within 7 days after delivery or, in the event of a latent defect (i.e. one that develops at a later stage) within 7 days after the defect has been discovered.
The finish and appearance of some products may differ slightly from the model viewed when the order was placed. These variations are due to the natural differences inherent in the raw materials used or the unavoidable effects of the manufacturing process.
The goods are sold as fit for the purpose for which such goods are commonly supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are suitable for all the purposes which they intend to use them. Regrettably we cannot refund if the customer chooses incorrectly in these circumstances.
Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
Until payment has been received for the goods property in the goods shall remain in the company.
If any goods are ready for delivery but are held back at the buyer’s request or the buyer fails to accept delivery, the company may require the buyer to pay reasonable storage charges (as determined by the company) after the expiry of seven days from the date of the buyer being notified that the goods are ready for despatch.
In the event of a problem which could require the goods to be returned you should, in the first instance, contact the store from which the goods were bought.
All access points for furniture should be checked by the customer prior to the Goods arriving. We are unable to offer a refund if unable to get the Goods into the intended are your purchase does not fit or suit we can issue you with a credit note less 20% re-stocking fee if it is in its original packaging and not assembled.
Special orders cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons mattresses and divans cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We are unable to refund of exchange damaged or imperfect goods where imperfections were identified to you prior to purchase.
