Delivery Information

Terms and conditions of our furniture delivery service

  1. On the day of your delivery contact us on the phone number provided by the shop, between 9-10am. If you have any questions about the service you can contact us anytime during our working hours (Monday to Saturday 9:00 – 19:00)
  2. All delivery times quoted on the day of your delivery are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the estimated delivery time, occasionally deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control. Should you wish to change the delivery address from the address given on the Order then you must have notified the shop at least 24h before delivery date.
  3. If you are not going to accept delivery yourself, you must notify us in advance of the nominated adult who will take delivery.
  4. Cancellation of delivery has to be done at least 24h before the day of delivery by calling the shop or us directly. If delivery isn’t canceled on time there is a late cancellation fee of 50% of your original delivery price.
  5. Delivery charge will apply on all orders. The amount is variable depending on the Order and is made clear at the point of sale, and will be stated on the Order Confirmation.
  6. We will do our best to place your products in the room of your choice providing there is reasonable access. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products not only fit into their final location but that there is sufficient access throughout the entire route to this room inside your property.
  7. If you are aware of any possible access restrictions into your property these should be discussed prior to ordering. In particular you should consider vehicle access, lifts, staircases and room access. Should windows or doors need to be removed to allow access. It is your responsibility to arrange this at your own cost and at your own risk. Delivery charge still apply for returning items that don’t fit or are undeliverable due to poor access.
  8. We do not hold or store Goods. If you fail to accept the goods on the delivery date chosen by you, then delivery has to be rearranged with the shop, and extra delivery charges will apply. Any such charges must be paid to us at the point of re-delivery.
  9. We deliver only to the first floor of any house/apartment block, except when arranged separately at the time of Order and confirmed with ourselves. Any such arrangement may incur an additional charge that we shall advise to you.
  10. We offer bespoke unpacking and assembly service. This service should be organised at the time of placing your order or by contacting us at least 1 day before your delivery date.
  11. Goods intended to be assembled by you will not be unpacked at the point of delivery.
  12. The Goods will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
  13. We do not accept any responsibility for damage to your property during delivery other than damage due to our negligence when our liability is limited to the repair of that damage with no element of betterment.
